Directions

1. From northern VA:  Interstate 66 west to Interstate 81 South.  Follow I-81 south for 157 miles to Exit 143, merging into I-581 south (also called US-220) for 2.6 miles toward the Airport.  Take exit 3W for VA-101 West Hershberger Road.  After only 0.2 miles, turn right on Ferncliff Ave.

2. From Richmond:  Take I-64 west to I-81 south in Staunton.  Follow I-81 south for 78 miles to Exit 143, merging into I-581 south (also called US-220) for 2.6 miles toward the Airport.  Take exit 3W for VA-101 West Hershberger Road.  After only 0.2 miles, turn right on Ferncliff Ave.  Some of you may want to take Hwy 360 to Hwy 307 to Hwy 460.  It's about the same distance and time.

3. From the Peninsula:  Take I-64 west, I-295 around Richmond, then continue on I-64 west to I-81 south in Staunton.  Follow I-81 south for 78 miles to Exit 143, merging into I-581 south (also called US-220) for 2.6 miles toward the Airport.  Take exit 3W for VA-101 West Hershberger Road.  After only 0.2 miles, turn right on Ferncliff Ave. 

4. From Norfolk / VA Beach:  Take I-64 west, I-295 around Richmond, then continue on I-64 west to I-81 south in Staunton.  Follow I-81 south for 78 miles to Exit 143, merging into I-581 south (also called US-220) for 2.6 miles toward the Airport.  Take exit 3W for VA-101 West Hershberger Road.  After only 0.2 miles, turn right on Ferncliff Ave.  Some of you may want to take Hwy 460 out of Norfolk.  It's about the same length and time as taking the I-64 route.
