• Team Room Costs:  The FINAL COST for a Team Room is $75 per room.  Because of our site expenses this year, we cannot return any portion of your Team Room payment.  Click here to pay for your Team Room now using PayPal.

• Rooms will be opened and closed by the school.  They will be available starting Friday at 5 PM.  Keys will NOT be provided.  Teams are responsible for anything they decide to leave in their room, NOT THE SCHOOL.  So any team leaving "stuff" in their Team Room overnight does so at their own risk.

• Team Room owners will be required to sign the attached "Room Use Agreement" and to provide it to the Check-In Desk on Friday or send it by mail to Mike Hoffpauir (see below).  A scanned version by email to Mike at mhoffpauir@aol.com also is acceptable.  Violation of the Team Room Agreement could cause a team to lose their assigned room(s) with no refund.

• PLEASE BRING SEVERAL LARGE TRASH BAGS WITH YOU.  You will be asked to bag up your trash and place it in the hallway at the end of the day.  NO TRASH should be in your Team Room overnight.

• Payments for Team Rooms are due upon CHECK-IN on Friday evening March 4th, or they can be mailed (in the mail by Monday, February 29th).7
